You have to wonder about this one.  Did someone buy a new futon frame and keep the old mattress?  Did they originally put a mattress out, which was subsequently taken by someone in need of a futon mattress but not a frame?  Or maybe the deemed the mattress unfit for other humans?  If that last is the case then I don’t even want to know the rest of the story.

It’s actually not bad, if you can overlook the scuffed, scratched stain and the missing slat.
